Ms. Kate A Toth

Executive Director of NYC based non-profit Bricks and Mortals, Kate Toth is a leading player in the world of New York City housing, government, and faith-based real estate. At Bricks and Mortals, Kate Toth directs an organization dedicated to providing houses of faith the tools they need to navigate the challenges of operating in New York, and optimize sustainable solutions unique to the five boroughs. Under Kate’s leadership Bricks and Mortals has grown from inception to servicing hundreds of congregations throughout NYC providing research, material support and public policy advocacy. Kate is the co-creator and driving force behind Venuely (venuely.org) a beta phase space sharing platform for houses of faith in NYC. Venuely’s mission is to generate unrealized revenue streams for faith-based and non-profit organizations while opening up entirely rental space in New York. Kate serves as Chair of the Mayor’s Working Group on Faith-Based Affordable Housing and Community Development, which is a group that has been advocating for the mobilization of the faith community in the affordable housing crisis. She is a graduate of NYU and The London School of Economics.
