The reality of remote and hybrid working models present an opportunity for many suburban areas to reimagine themselves as more complete communities. The inclusion of more gentle, dense housing is an essential part of current suburban retrofitting strategies. This panel will feature a moderated discussion with national experts on the trends and mix of land uses that are transforming the suburbs and the role that Equitable Transit Oriented Development (E-TOD) policies are playing in creating more diverse and inclusive communities.
