The ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing’s annual “Housing Opportunity Conference” is one of the premier national meetings of the affordable housing development, lending, investing, and policy community – and one of the very few that convenes leaders from the private, public, and community‐based sectors.

2017 marks 10 years since the establishment of the Terwilliger Center. At this year’s conference, ULI members and supporters will have the opportunity to reflect back on what has been accomplished, learned, and shared – while looking ahead to the future.

The theme for this year’s conference is “SOLUTIONS”. At a time when federal and state‐level support for affordable housing is declining, local leaders and their partners in the business community and grassroots organizations are at the forefront of new efforts to address worsening housing affordability needs for owners and renters.

Affordable and workforce housing professionals from across the nation, will join ULI in New Orleans to discover what’s next in the market. Each year, more than 350+ attendees will network and learn from experts in sustainability, resilience, and more.
