Each year, the Housing Opportunity Conference opens with a General Session on the State of US Housing Markets. To kick off our 2024 conference, Daryl Fairweather, Chief Economist of RedFin will present, offering attendees a detailed look on what to expect from the housing market in 2024: trends, challenges, emerging markets, and future demands. Daryl will then be joined by Dana Schoewe, Principal with RCLCO, to discuss the affordable housing issues facing US communities based on data from ULI’s latest Home Attainability Index.
