Tom Coale

Tom Coale (Perry Jacobson) is a seasoned attorney and state lobbyist specializing in housing and community development. Tom has written numerous editorials about housing and zoning issues, which have been published in The Baltimore Sun, Maryland Matters, and Greater Greater Washington.
