Margot is an associate on the Acquisitions Team at Jonathan Rose Companies, where she focuses on sourcing and executing property investments that align with the firm’s mission to preserve and transform affordable housing across the United States. Over the past two years, she has acquired more than $130 million in multifamily investments, including the acquisition and conversion of a 331-unit market rate property to affordable rental housing in San Jose, CA. She holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU Wagner and was a Teach for America – Mississippi Delta Corps Member.
