Linda Mandolini has served as President & CEO of Eden Housing since 2001. Under Linda's leadership, Eden
has developed or acquired over 10,600 affordable rental apartments, serving over 22,000 low-income
residents in communities throughout California.
Linda is a leader in housing policy at the local, state and national level and has served on a number of
housing policy boards including the California Housing Consortium, the National Housing Conference, the
ULI Terwilliger Center for Affordable Housing, and a founding board member of the Housing Trust of Silicon
Valley. Linda is a vocal advocate for local and statewide housing policy and expanded resources for
affordable housing. Linda worked tirelessly for the passage of statewide and local housing initiatives that
have collectively generated billions in funding for affordable housing production.
Linda has received several awards including the Silicon Valley Housing Trust’s Housing Champion Award;
being inducted into the California Homebuilder’s Hall of Fame and the Alameda County Women’s Hall of
Fame; named to the San Francisco Business Times' Forever Influential Honor Roll in 2016; and the Bay
Area's Most Influential Women in Business in 2011, 2014, and 2015.
A native of Massachusetts, Linda held various community development positions in Boston. Linda received
her AB degree from Wheaton College and her MBA from Boston University.
In her free time, Linda enjoys cooking, travel and is an avid bicyclist, frequently riding for charitable causes
including the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research
