Potters Lane
Winner of PCBC’s Gold Nugget for Best Affordable Housing Project Award in 2017, American Family Housing created this groundbreaking community for chronically homeless veterans who once resided on the streets. Consisting of sixteen beautiful, 480-square-foot living spaces designed to complement the surrounding environment, Potter’s Lane joins a growing list of projects that have embraced modularized construction.

The Orchard
This innovative project involves the rehabilitation of a Santa Ana motel to provide 71 furnished studio and one-bedroom units serving chronically homeless individuals and small families.  Site amenities include a community garden with central courtyard/bbq’s, commercial kitchen/dining room, exercise and laundry facilities, and on-site property/case management staff. Mercy House serves as the primary service provider offering case management, life skills and adult education courses, health and wellness activities, and community building events.
