Join us for a tour of two mixed-use projects, Link at Douglas and Motion at Dadeland. Link at Douglas, a 1.5 M SQ, Public Private Partnership between Miami-Dade County and 13th Floor Investments and Adler Group, has a total of 1,500 residential units, 25,000 SF of retail and a 280K SF office that will foster a transit-oriented development, as well as privately-funded transit and infrastructure upgrades within the county’s transit system. The Link at Douglas’ mobility plan includes connectivity to Metrorail, county buses, and municipal trolleys. Motion at Dadeland, a 0.87-acre development site with 294 units and ground floor retail, is positioned around the concept of “transit-oriented development,” providing residents direct covered access to the Metrorail station. Hear about the vision behind the two projects, lessons learned and much more. Please note: this tour requires walking & taking public transit.  **This tour is now sold out**
