The multiple villages planned to be developed on The Ranch include up to 14,000 homes including 40% for 55-plus residents. The master plan offers a wide variety of attached and detached homes as well as apartment homes designed and priced for a broad range of age groups and life stages. Additionally, up to 5 million square feet of non-residential uses are planned including shopping, dining and employment centers. The first neighborhood retail opened late 2017 and planning for the second commercial/retail site is underway.
