Making Green Housing Pencil Out

This session will feature developers who have been able to budget sustainability features in housing developments, and how this has impacted their overall costs and ability to deliver affordable housing. The panelists will discuss which green components they have incorporated into their projects and/or portfolio, and how they built the business case to pursue these green elements. In light of California’s net zero policies for 2020, this session will help attendees understand the challenges, realities and opportunities for investing in green technology.
