Location
The Housing Opportunity Conference will be held at the Hilton Atlanta (255 Courtland St NE, Atlanta, GA 30303). Hotel rooms are available to book at a discounted rate of $239/night until February 10. A booking link can be found in the registration confirmation email.
Tours
No ULI event would be complete without tours, and Atlanta has so much to offer. Spots are limited, and tours fill up quickly, so register today to make sure you get a spot. This year, we are offering four tours:
- Downtown Atlanta Mega Tour, with stops including the Lofts at Centennial Yards, The Melody, Redevelopment of Underground and 2 Peachtree, and South Downtown
- Sweet Auburn + Martin Luther King Jr. Historic District, with stops including Auburn Point, Civic Center, Marchon, The Front Porch at Auburn Avenue, and Thrive Sweet Auburn
- Bike Tour of the Atlanta BeltLine Westside Trail, with stops including Capitol View, The Avenue at Oakland City, and Murphy Crossing
- Tour of Trilith

The Housing Opportunity Conference is a must-attend for anyone involved in affordable, workforce, mixed-income, or market-rate housing.
The event is unique in that it brings together the diverse viewpoints and experiences of developers, designers, planners, and policymakers. With ample opportunities to explore practical challenges, opportunities, and lessons learned, Housing Opportunity Conference is the premier gathering for both public and private sector housing professionals.
Policies
- Verbal requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing to: [email protected]
- Written cancellation and refund requests received at ULI by January 12, 2025: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
- Written cancellation and refund requests received at ULI between January 13 and February 7, 2025: One-half refund.
- Written cancellation and refund requests received at ULI after February 7, 2025: No refund will be given.
- Registrations may be transferred to another eligible member of your organization; $25 processing fee will be charged. If the registration is transferred from a ULI member to another ULI member, the member fee will apply. If a registration is transferred from a ULI member to a nonmember, the nonmember fee will apply.
- Optional ticketed events (e.g. tours) will be refunded 100% for written requests received at least five days prior to the event. After that, tickets are nonrefundable.
- Registration fees cannot be applied to another ULI Event.
- Cancellation of a meeting registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. To edit or cancel your reservation, contact the hotel directly at 404-659-2000 or email [email protected].
ULI reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of professional photographs, live-streaming, audio, and video during the 2025 Housing Opportunity Conference. By registering for the conference, you hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the in-person and virtual events at the 2025 Housing Opportunity Conference, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
I understand that my participation in the event involves a certain degree of risk of loss, harm or injury to my person or property, including, but not limited to, harm from contracting COVID-19 or other viruses, acts of God, theft, fire or accident. I also understand that participation in this event is entirely voluntary and requires attendees to abide by any applicable rules of conduct or local or state laws that may be announced at any time during the event, which may include wearing personal protective gear and engaging in social distancing. While ULI is the sponsor of this event and takes commercially reasonable steps to require the event facility to maintain the venue in a safe and healthy condition, I understand and acknowledge that ULI has no direct control over and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the facility or others involved in producing this event. I have carefully considered the risk involved and waive and release ULI and all its officers, directors, employees, staff, volunteers, faculty and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or expenses that I may incur from my participation in this event.
