Jennifer Pescatore is the regional manager for BOK Financial’s commercial real estate department focusing in Arizona, California, and Utah. She began her banking career at American National Bank & Trust Co. in Chicago. She has been a commercial real estate lender since moving to Phoenix in 1994 with experience in all property types throughout the United States, from local developers and investors to homebuilders and publicly traded REITs. She graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Management. Jennifer is a member of Urban Land Institute, Arizona State University’s Real Estate Council, CommercialOne, and the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council Southwest Chapter. She has held Treasurer roles for non-profit boards including National Charity League-Scottsdale and the Desert Foundation Auxiliary.
