Denver’s 119-mile FasTracks network is the nation’s largest transit expansion. Participants will travel on the system’s light rail to visit several innovative projects along the Southeast Corridor and engage with the development teams. The tour will include visits to the mixed-income Mariposa, the Denver Housing Authority’s transformation of degraded public housing into a paragon of healthy living; the six-story, affordable University Station next to the University of Denver; and the Apartments at Yale Station, a 60-unit rental development for moderate-income seniors.
